You can access to the report input to create or edit it by :

      • clicking on "Inputting a quick report" from the left menu in "Works" / "Work orders".
      • selecting a work order in the list then clicking "Create" / "Create quick report".
      • right clicking an operation on the schedule then clicking "Create quick report".
      • dragging a range on the schedule then right clicking it and selecting "Inputting a quick report". In that case, the created report will include an operation corresponding to the selected range.


The button available on the right side of the topology field allows you to trigger the bar code scanner if your device is equipped with a camera.


The "Topology" field allows you to choose whether the intuitive input will search in the "Code" and / or "Description" zones. Two buttons are available below on the left hand side of the input field :

You can check each of them individually to select the search fields.




      • Number : the WO number is filled in if you have selected a WO in the list. You can change the selected WO here.
      • Start operation :triggers the stopwatch which allows to measure the operation time.

Then the button becomes "Stop operation".

Click on "Stop operation" to add automatically an operation for the currently connected staff to the list.

      • Status : tick the WO status, "In progress" or "Done".
      • Title : operation title. If a WO has been selected, this area is not modifiable.
      • Topology : select the concerned topology. This area is automatically filled in if a WO is selected.
      • Type of works : select the WO type of works.
      • Nature of Operations : select the nature of operations (for example "Mechanics" or "Electricity").
      • Analytical section : select the analytical section to which the WO corresponds.
      • Work site : if the WO has to be linked to a work site, select it here. Once a work site has been selected you can consult it in a new tab by clicking .
      • Destination department : select the WO destination department.


    • "Operations" Tab :

You can add / modify / delete an operation.

Click on "Add" to access to an operation input.

      • Operator : by default this area is filled in with the currently connected staff member name. If it is necessary you can select other operators.
      • Category of operation : if it is necessary select a category of operation.
      • Start : start operation date and hour.
      • End : end operation date and hour.
      • Time spent : operation duration. The start, end and time spent fields are linked, if you edit one of these fields the others will change accordingly.
      • Comment : optional comment linked to the operation.
      • Operation : Scheduled or Done.

Click on "OK" to save the operation.


    • "Topology stopped" Tab :
      • Topology stopped : if the equipment is stopped at the event / operation moment, click on "Yes".
      • Downtime date : date and hour when the equipment has been stopped.
      • If the equipment is stopped and if it is different from the report topology, you can specify the concerned topology.
      • Restarting of the topology : if the equipment has been restarted due to the operation, click on "Oui".
      • Restarting date : date and hour when the equipment has been restarted.


    • "Symptom" / "Cause" / "Remedy" Tab :
      • Symptom : select a symptom and complete the free text area if you want "Anomalies detected".
      • Cause : select a cause and complete the free text area if you want "Detailed diagnosis".
      • Remedy : select a remedy and complete the free text area if you want "Operation done".


    • "Works to be done" Tab :

If the report concerns a WO selected in the list and if this WO contains works to be done, you have to input them here.


    • "Movements" Tab :

If the operation necessitates items extracted from stock, you can add movements.

Click on "Add".

      • Item : select the reference of the item to add. Once an item is selected, you can click on to consult the item.
      • Store : select the store from which one retract.
      • Nature of movement : by default the nature is "Issue from stock". It is also possible to create a movement "Return to stock" for issued items  but unused.
      • Date : movement date and hour.
      • Quantity : amount of items of the movement.
      • Unity : not modifiable, the storage unit is displayed to facilitate the quantity calculate.
      • Field Name : optional descriptive of the done movement.

Click on "OK" to save the movement.


    • "Subcontractors" Tab :

Click on "Add" to add a subcontractor invoicing line.

      • Subcontractor : select a subcontractor.
      • Cost of labour : amount of the labour.
      • Cost items : amount of items.

Click on "OK" to save the line.


    • "Authorizations / Prescriptions" Tab :

It is possible to directly input the prescriptions or to select them by clicking on.

Click on "Add" to add an authorization necessary to the WO realization.

Click on "OK" to save.


    • "Signature" Tab :

Click on "Modify" to sign the report.

Input the name of the signatory and write the signature in the sidebar below.


    • "Document" Tab :

Click on "Add" to join attachments to the work order.


    • "Geolocation" Tab :

If the equipment on which the input occurs allows it, you can click on "Use my current coordinates" in order to memorize the current place.

Otherwise, it is possible to manually input altitude / latitude / longitude.

The button "Show on the map" opens Google maps showing the place corresponding to the coordinates.


    • "Daily operations" tab :

This tab shows the list of operations for the selected staff member / date. The point of this tab is to show how much total time has been spent by the selected operator on the chosen day.

      • Operator : select the staff member to be shown.
      • Date : select the date of the operations to be shown.

You can then add / modify / delete operations pertaining to the current quick report (you cannot edit / delete operations from other work orders here).


It is possible to input a work request (by default assigned to the report topology) from the quick report creation window by clicking on the button "Input a work request" (see Create a WR)


You can then click on "Save" to save the report and remain on the quick report input window (to input another report) or click on "Save and close".
