Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.


For the selection areas, click on to choose a value, on to empty the area.


The button available on the right side of the topology field allows you to trigger the bar code scanner if your device is equipped with a camera.


Two methods are available to fill in a report by bar code with the bar code reader tool (code bar scanner for example) :


    • Write the report of an existing WO :


      • Scan a WO bar code.
      • The areas "Work order", "Topology", "Type of works" and "Title" are automatically filled in with the selected WO information. The type of works, the title and the topology aren't modifiable.
      • If it is necessary you can scan the bar code of a "Nature of Operations", of a "Symptom", a "Cause" or  a "Remedy". By default these areas are optional, they can be mandatory if it is indicated in the settings.
      • Scan the bar code of one or more operators.
      • Scan the bar code corresponding to the time spent. An operation with this duration is generated for each selected operator.
      • You can scan again the bar code of an operator to delete it if an error occurs.
      • If it is necessary scan the bar code of a "Category of operation".
      • "Start date" and "Summary of your Operation" must be filled in with the keypad and the mouse.
      • Scan the bar code "In progress" to save the report in the state "In progress" or scan the bar code "Done" to save the report in the state "Done".


    • Write directly a report, without existing WO :
      • Scan the bar code of the "Topology" where the operation occurs.
      • Scan the bar code of the "Type of works" done.
      • If it is necessary you can scan the bar code of a "Nature of Operations", of a "Symptom", a "Cause" or  a "Remedy". By default these areas are optional, they can be mandatory if it is indicated in the settings.
      • Fill in the "Title" of the report. This area is optional, if it isn't filled in, the generated WO title is the Field Name of the type of works done.
      • Scan the bar code of one or more operators.
      • Scan the bar code corresponding to the time spent. An operation with this duration is generated for each selected operator.
      • You can scan again the bar code of an operator to delete it if an error occurs.
      • If it is necessary scan the bar code of a "Category of operation".
      • "Start date" and "Summary of your Operation" must be filled in with the keypad and the mouse.
