      • If a shutdown period is defined at the time of consultation the symbol will be ("Scheduled stop").
      • If an unexpected shutdown period has been set in a work request or a work order at the time of consultation the symbol will be ("Out of order").

Click on to display the inferior level of a topology.

Click on the description of the topology to select it.

The topology cell becomes blue, and the management tools for the topology will appear.

Then you can :

View

Access the content of the topology by clicking on .

This page will also allow you to consult the technical data sheet(s) as well as the work sets attached to this topology.

By default only the basic information are introduced, but it is possible to display the other fields of the topology by clicking on "Additional information".

Modify the topology by clicking on .

To associate the topology with a functional class, access the list by clicking on . Select the class and click "OK".

To separate the topology from the class, click on . Notice that it is not possible to separate a topology from a class if a technical sheet exists and if this one is filled in.

If you wish to change the class of a topology on which the technical data sheet is already filled, both class must have the same technical data sheet.

This page allows you also to modify the content of the technical data sheet(s).

Select the technical data to be modified and click on .

It is also possible to consult the history of values of a technical data by clicking on .

      • "Work set" tab : allows you to add / edit / remove work sets attached to this topology. To learn more about managing work sets, see Creating a work set.

      • "Last 10 W.O." tab : shows the list of the ten most recent work orders related to the selected topology. Select a work order then click on "Consult" or "Modify" to open it.

By default only the basic information are introduced, but it is possible to display the other fields of the topology by clicking on "Additional information".

If you have this option, a tab "Geolocation" allows you to locate the topology on a map.

When a topology isn't used anymore (for example : a car is sold or scraped), it is possible to reject it.

Select the concerned topology, and click on .

Define the reject date and possibly a comment (reason of the reject) and click on "OK".

Once the topology is rejected, it won't appear in the list anymore.

Rejecting a topology will also :

      • Stop the running work sets attached to this topology.
      • Refuse the pending work requests attached to this topology.

To see the rejected topologies, click on "Sort" in the tool bar at the top of the page and tick the box "Show rejected topologies".

The rejected topologies are shown in red.

A rejected topology can be reactivated. Select the rejected topology, and click on .

The history of a topology rejects is accessible by selecting the topology and clicking on "History / History of rejects" in the tool bar at the top of the page.

Delete

To delete a topology, select it and cliquez on .

A topology removal is not possible if operations occured or if there are children topologies.

Create

The "Create" menu allows you to :

      • Create a work request : access to the window "creating a work request" relating to the topology currently selected.
      • Create a work set : access to the window "creating a work set" relating to the topology currently selected.
      • Create a quick report : access to the window "create quick report" relating to the topology currently selected.

Add

The menu "Add" contains two options :

      • Insert on the same level : opens the creation window of the topology at the same level that the currently selected topology.
      • Add to the inferior level : opens the creation window of the topology at the level below the currently selected topology.

For the creation of a topologie, see Create a topology.

Copy / Move

To copy a topology, select it and click on the button "Copy" in the tool bar at the top of the page :

      • Select the destination topology (or none topology if you want to copy at the tree structure root).
      • Define a creation date.

Click on "OK" to confirm the copy.

To move a topology, do the same.

Select the topology and click on "Move" in the tool bar at the top of the page :

      • Choose the destination topology (or none topology if you want to copy at the tree structure root).
      • Define the move date.
      • Add a comment if you want.

Click on "OK" to confirm the move.

A topology copy or move includes the children topologies, which allows to copy / move a whole branch of a tree structure.

The history of travellings of a topology is accessible by selecting the topology and clicking on "History / History of travellings" in the tool bar at the top of the page.

Work sets

Select a topology then click on the "Work sets" menu to access the following options:
