List of orders
Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.
The page "List of orders" disposes of a search area under the tool bar. The list contains the orders in which one the input text appears.
Filter
The orders list can be filtered to introduce only a part of the information.
For that purpose, click on "Filter" in the tool bar in order to access to the filter settings
Select the content of a setting by clicking on , cancel the selection by clicking on
.
The button available on the right side of the topology field allows you to trigger the bar code scanner if your device is equipped with a camera.
The filter can be reset to its default values by clicking "Reset".

- The filters can be saved by clicking on the button

- You can modify a filter name by selecting it in the list and by clicking on
.
- If you modify the settings of a selected filter, save them by clicking on
.
- Delete a filter from the list by selecting it and clicking on
.
- Add a widget on the home screen corresponding to the selected filter by clicking on
.
Then click on "OK" to apply the filter.
Consult
Select an order in the list and click on "Consult".
To come back to the list, click on "Back".
Create
See Create an order.
Modify
Select an order in the list and click on "Modify".
For the detail of the orders input areas, see Create an order.
Delete
Select an order in the list and click on "Delete".
Deleting an order depends on its state, for example a validated order, sent and receipt can't be deleted.
Copy
Select an order in the list and click onr "Copy".
Then you can define an internal number (optional) and a new delivery date.
Click on "OK" to create an order copy, that you can modify thereafter.
Validate / Refuse
Select a pending order in the list and click on "Validate" or "Refuse".
If the application is configured to necessitate the validation of a new order, this order can't be sent until the users in charge of the approval have decided.
If an order's amount exceeds the budget defined in the analytic sections and the order validation is activated, only the supervisor can validate the order (see Administration/Settings/Purchase).
Check as sent
If an order is not sent by email from the application but by an other mean, it is possible to select it and to "Check as sent". By this way you can follow up in the column "Send" your orders states.
Forcing the approximation
It is possible to modify when you want the state of the column "Close" by selecting an order and clicking on "Forcing the approximation".
Receiving
Select an order, click on "Receiving" and :
- Receiving partially : select an order line, and click on "Input a quantity" to receive partially the line, "Receive totally" the line or "Forcing the balance" of the line.
Do the same for each concerned order.
The "Delivery claim" allows you to declare a claim if need be.
- Receiving totally : the order is totally receipt. Select the destination store, the delivery date, the delivery note nb and declare a claim by ticking the box if need be. You can join a document (a delivery note copy for example) by clicking on the button "Choose a file".
- Forcing the balance : the order is settled, received partially or totally.
Select an order, click on "Print" and on "Print order" or "Print receiving report" to generate the corresponding PDF.
Send by e-mail
Select an order and click on "Send by e-mail".
The area "Addressee" contains by default the address of the order addressee contact sheet or the address of the supplier sheet. If there is no founded address, you can write it.
The tab "Attachments" contains the orders in PDF format and possibly the attachments.
Click on "Send" to confirm the mailing.
