Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.



To display an inferior level of a department, click on .

To selecta de department, click on the department description.

Then the department area becomes blue, and the management tools of the department are displayed.





Sort


You can sort the list in the ascending or descending order of the selected column.

Then click on "Close".





Consult

Select a department in the list and click on to access to its content.

Then click on "Back" to come back to the list.





Add


Select a department in the list and click on "Add". Then you can "Insert on the same level" (than the selected department) or "Add to the inferior level" (of the currently selected department).

Modify

Select a department in the list and click on to access to its content.

For the description of department input area, consult Create a department.


Click on "OK" to save the changes.





Delete

Select a department in the list and click on .

The department can't be deleted if it has been used (if the department contains staff members for example).





Validate

Select a department and click on .

Define the validation date and click on "OK".

Attention, if you validate this department, it will be impossible to create or modify operations with staff members from this department before the selected date.





Move


Select a department and click on "Move".

Select the destination, and click on "OK".
