Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.






Filter


The inventories list can be filtered to introduce only a part of the information.

For that purpose, click on "Filter" in the tool bar in order to access to the filter settings.

Select the content of a setting by clicking on , cancel the selection by clicking on .


Area

the list contains

Status

the inventories corresponding to the selected status

Store

the inventories assigned to the selected store


Then click on "OK" to apply the filter.





Consult


Select an inventory in the list and click on "Consult".

Click on "OK" to close the invnetory.




Create


Click on "Create" to add an inventory.


      • Store : sélectionnez le magasin à inventorier.
      • Section / Block / Shelf / Storage bin : place to itemise.
      • Class : items class to itemise.
      • Inventory start date : define the inventory start date.
      • Field Name : description of inventory (for example : "Annual inventory").


Click on "OK" to confirm the inventory creation.





Modify


Select an inventory in the list and click on "Modify".


      • Store : read only information, indicates the selected store during the inventory creation.
      • Inventory started on : read only information, indicates the inventory start date.
      • Section / Block / Shelf / Storage bin : read only information giving the item's localisation.
      • Class : read only information showing the class being inventoried.


Click on "Add" to add and item to the inventory.


      • Item : select the item to add. It is possible to scan an item bar code by using for example a bar code scanner.
      • Quantity : indicate the quantity of the item available in stock. It is possible to scan the quantity bar code by using for example a bar code scanner.
      • Operator : by default the area is filled in with the currently connected staff. Modify it if it is necessary.
      • Section / Block / Shelf / Storage bin : item localisation (optional).


Click on "OK" to save the item.

If you need to modify an item line, click on or click on to delete it.


Click on "OK" to save the inventory.





Delete


Select an inventory in the list and click on "Delete".

The closed inventories can't be deleted.





Close


When the inventory is complete, you can close it to update the quantities in stock.

Select an inventory in the list and click on "Clôturer".

Indicate the inventory close date and click on "OK".





Print


      • Print the inventory : generates a PDF file which introduces the selected inventory. Select the sort mode of the edition ("List of items organized by groups, class, sub-class" / "List of items sorted by code"), tick the box "Print the location" if you want it to be displayed for each item and click on "OK".


      • Print the theoretical inventory : generates a PDF file which introduces the theoretical inventory for a store. Select the sort mode of the edition ("List of items organized by groups, class, sub-class" / "List of items sorted by code"), select the store and click on "OK".


      • Print inventory difference : generates a PDF file which introduces the inventory difference for the selected inventory. Select the sort mode of the edition ("List of items organized by groups, class, sub-class" / "List of items sorted by code"). If needed, you can also tick "Print the location" to get the location of each item, then click "OK".


      • Print list of non listed items : generates a PDF file which introduces the items list not present in the selected inventory and linked to the store on which the inventory occurs.
