Manage standard requests
To be able to use the standard requests, you have to define at least one level via Manage standard requests.
Browse the levels tree structure by clicking on to access to the inferior level.
When you want you can come back to the tree structure root by clicking on .
The levels order can be modified by selecting a level and clicking on or
in the toolbar.
Add a level
To add a level, click on "Add a level".
You can add a level at the same level than the currently selected ("Insert on the same level") or create a level under the selected level ("Add to the inferior level").
Fill in the field name.
Select the profiles which are allowed to access to the standard requests of this level and click on "OK".
If any profile is selected, the request level will be visible by all the users.
Click on "Save" to create the level.
Modify a level
To modify a level, select it and click on .
Click on "Save" to conserve the changes.
Archive / unarchive a level
To archive a level, select it and click on .
The archived levels are by default not visible, you have to tick the box "Show archived levels" at the top to see them.
To unarchive a level, select it and click on .
You can unarchive also children levels below the selected one.
Delete a level
To delete a level, select it and click on .
Create a standard request
Select a level and click on "Create a standard request".
Then you can define the visible / modifiable fields when you input the standard request.
You can also assign a value by default to some fields.
Notice that some fields must be mandatory visible and modifiable or defualt filled in, for example the destination department.
Click on "OK" to save the standard request, which is assigned to the previously selected level.
