Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.




Create / Modify


Click on "Create" or "Modify" :


      • Code : technical data sheet short identifier.
      • Field Name : technical data sheet complete description.


Click on the button "Section" to display the menu which allows to Add / Modify / Delete a section.

Fill in the section field name and click on the button "OK" overhead the area to save the section.

You can organize the sections by making them move with the buttons and .


Click on the button "Characteristics" to display the menu which allows to Add / Modify / Delete a characteristics.

Select the technical characteristic to add to the section and click on the "OK" overhead the area to save..

You can organize the characteristics within a section with the buttons and , or make them move from a section to an other with the buttons and .


When the technical data sheet is completed, click on "OK" to save.




Delete


Select a technical data sheet and click on "Delete". The removal is possible only if the technical data sheet is not assigned to a topology.




Copy


It is possible to copy a technical data sheet by selecting it and clicking on the button "Copy" in the tool bar.

A similar technical data sheet is added to the list, with the same code followed by "(1)" and the field name "Copy of" followed by the original field name.

Then you can modify this sheet.
