Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.




Create


Click on "Create" to add a criticality level :


      • Code : criticality level short identifier.
      • Field Name : criticality level complete description.
      • Colour : colour used in the column "Criticality" in the lists displayed on the screen.


Click on "OK" to save the criticality level.




Modify


Select a criticality level and click on "Modify".

Click on "OK" to save the changes.




Delete


Select a criticality level and click on "Delete".




Organize


The criticality level order can be modified by selecting the level to move and clicking on or .
