Budgets
Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.
You need to have at least one existing accounting period if you want to define a budget.
The analytical section to which the budget will be attached must be of level 3.
Create
Click on "Create" to create a budget :
- Accounting period : select the accounting period on which to work.
- Analytical section : select the analytical section. Only level 3 analytical sections can be selected.
- Budget officer : staff member responsible for the budget of this analytical section.
- Click the column regarding the desired month to enter the budget amount for that month. Do this over for every month to define.
Click on "OK" to save the budget.
Consult / Modify / Delete
Select a budget in the list :
- Consult : check the selected budget.
- Modify : edit the selected budget. Editing the monthly amount is described in the "Create" section above.
- Delete : you will have to confirm the deletion of the budget.
Copy
Select a budget and click "Copy" to copy the budget of the chosen analytical section to another accounting period.
