  • Tab "Configuration" :
      • Name of MAINTI4 WEB server : address which allows to access to the Mainti4 web page.
      • Format if Attachments : the attachments sent by email are in the format selected here.
      • Enable SSL : the server SMTP connection is done via SSL.
      • Request a read receipt for all messages sent : the mails sent generate a read confirmation request.
      • Name of server : SMTP server address.
      • Port of server : port of SMTP server.
      • Domain name : domain name to which the user account is linked.
      • Username email : user account name used for emails sending.
      • Password email : user account password used for emails sending.


  • Tab "Workflow WR" :
      • Add / Delete : you can add a specific workflow according to the destination department, if the work request is destined to the department added, the defined workflow is applied, otherwise the default workflow applies.

  • Tab "Work Order" :
      • Send an email to the department Operators for all work orders non based from a work request : an email is sent to the main address of the operators department for the scheduling operations in a WO non based from a WR.
      • Send an email to the secondary address of the destination department for the WO not from a WR : an email is sent to the secondary address of the operators department for the scheduling operations in a WO non based from a WR.
      • Send an email when issuing a work order from a work to be done :
        • Secondary address of the destination department of work order : an email is will be sent to the secondary address of the destination department of the work order when a work to be done generates a work order.
        • Responsible of destination department of work order : an email will be sent to the address of the destination department's manager when a work to be done generates a work order.
      • Sending to the customer :
        • Include WO print : include a copy of the work order.
        • Include work to be done print : include the list of the works to be done contained in the work order.
        • Subject : default subject of the email.
        • Body : default body content of the email.


  • Tab "Work Set" :
      • Send en email if planning does not meet the state asked for the topology : send an email if the WO planning based from a work set, in which one the topology state is on "Running" or "Stopped", doesn't allow to meet this state (there is no period corresponding to the indicated date and in the specified interval in the work set settings).
      • Send an email if planning is successful but an other intervention exists : send en email if the planning overlaps to an other existing operation.
      • The destination dpt of work order :the previous email(s) are addressed to the destination department of the WO.
      • The responsible of destination department of work order : the previous email(s) are addressed to the the responsible of destination department of work order.
      • The responsible of work order : the previous email(s) are addressed to the responsible of work order.


  • Tab "Order" :
      • Default message when sending an order by mail : the mail sent when mailing an order to the supplier contains by default the text here input.


  • Tab "Price Enquiry" :
      • Default message when sending a price Enquiry by mail : the mail sent when mailing an price enquiry to the supplier contains by default the text here input.
