Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.



To display the inferior level of a group of works, click on .

Get back to the root of the types of works tree structure anytime by clicking on .

To select a group or a type of works, click on the description.


Click on "Create a group" to add a group of type of works (for example "Curative").

Click on "Create a type of works" to add a type of works in the currently selected group (for example "Repair").


      • Code : group / type of works short identifier.
      • Field Name : group / type of works complete description.
      • (Only for the types of works) : you can make the following areas mandatory "Type of cause", "Type of symptom", "Type of remedy", "Nature of works" and "Category of operation" when a user selects this type of works in a WO or in a quick report.

       Note that if you choose a mandatory "Nature of works", you will have to fill it as soon as a WO is created, whereas the Symptoms / Causes / Remedies will only have to be filled when writing the quick report.


Click on "OK" to save the group / type of works.


Select a groupe / type of works and click on to modify or on to delete.
