Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.




Create / Modify


Click on "Create" or "Modify" :


      • Code : VAT rate short identifier.
      • Field Name : VAT rate complete description.
      • Rate : VAT rate (for example : 20 for a 20% VAT).
      • Account Number : accounting number linked to this rate.
      • Type of VAT : on debits / on credits.
      • Purchase / Sale : rate applicable on the purchases or the sales.


Click on "OK" to save the VAT rate.




Delete


Select a VAT rate and click on "Delete". If the VAT rate has been used, it is not possible to delete it.
