Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.






Create


Click on "Create" to add a check-list :


      • Code : check-list short identifier.
      • Field Name : check-list complete description.


Click on "Add" to create the check-list values :


      • Value : displayed text for this box to tick.
      • Mandatory input of the comment : the user has to complete the comment area of this value.
      • Issue work order to schedule : if you select "Yes", when the user chooses this value a WO is automatically issued with "Field Name" information as title, the type of work and the selected destination department.


You can when you want modify or delete a value of the check-list by selecting it and clicking on the appropriate button.

It is also possible to reorganize the values of the list by using the buttons .


Click on "OK" to save the value.


When the list is complete, click on "OK" to save the check-list.





Modify


Select a check-list and click on "Modifier".

Click on "OK" to save the changes.





Delete


Select a check-list and click on "Delete".





Print


Click on "Print" to print the check-lists list with their content.
