Depending on the screen resolution, the tool bar at the top of the page may not display all the options introduced here. In this case, on the right of the tool bar you will see a button which contains the additional tools.



To display the inferior level of a causes class, click on .

You can come back when you want to the causes tree structure root by clicking on .

To select a cause or a class, click on the description.


Click on "Create a class" to add a class of causes.

Click on "Create a type of cause" to add a cause in the currently selected group.


      • Code : class / cause short identifier.
      • Field Name : class / cause complete description.



Click on "OK" to save the class / cause.


Select a class / cause and click on to modify or to delete it.
