For the selection areas, click on to choose a value, on to empty the area.


      • Code : by default the code is automatically attributed when you save a worksite. If you want to codify your worksites, you have to modify the setting "Automatic Numbering of Worksites" in the menu Administration / Settings / Contract & WorkSite.
      • Created on : input the worksite creation date, the default date is the current date.
      • Field Name : fill in the worksite name.
      • Project Manager : select a staff designated as the project manager of this worksite.
      • Type of Worksite : select a type of worksite. The types of worksites are to be defined in Basic facts / Worksites / Types of worksites.
      • Budget amount : indicate the previous budget amount for the worksite achievement.


Click on "OK" to save the worksite.


Then you have to select the worksite and click on "Modify" afinin order to complete it, see List of worksites.
